Cancellation policy
This policy applies to Humi pre-orders.
When you place a pre-order with Humi, you reserve stock before it is available for dispatch.
Estimated dispatch timing is shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation. These dates are estimates only.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch by contacting us via our contact page and including your order number.
Once your pre-order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. After dispatch, our Returns and Refunds Policy applies.
If we cannot fulfil your pre-order, or if there is a material delay to the estimated dispatch timing, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and the options available to you, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page. We will do our best to make the change before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
