What does a sauna hat actually do?
A sauna hat helps soften the harshest heat around your head, which is often the first part of you to feel done in the sauna. Humi is designed to make the session feel calmer and less interrupted.
Why would I wear one if I usually go without?
Many people do go without. But once the heat builds, head comfort often becomes the thing that shortens the round. Humi offers a more comfortable alternative to towels, bandanas, or simply pushing through it.
What makes Humi different from other sauna hats?
Humi combines 100% Australian merino wool with a cleaner silhouette and a secure fit. It is designed to feel softer, more refined, and easier to keep using than bulkier or rougher alternatives.
What went into making Humi?
Humi came out of a year and a half of testing and refinement — dialling in the right merino weight, the cut, the fit, and the small details like the hidden loop and cotton storage bag. Every decision was made with regular sauna use in mind.
Is Humi one size?
Yes. Humi comes in one size and is shaped to sit securely and comfortably through sweat and steam.
Which saunas is it for?
Humi suits both traditional and infrared saunas.

What is Humi made from?
Humi is made from 100% Australian merino wool. It also includes a 100% cotton internal loop, and each hat arrives in a reusable 100% cotton bag.
Why merino wool?
We chose merino for its soft feel, natural breathability, and comfort in heat. It also tends to be less odour-prone than many synthetic alternatives.
How do I care for it?

Does it come with a bag?
Yes. Every Humi hat arrives in a reusable 100% cotton bag to help keep it clean and protected between sessions.

Returns and Support
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unused items returned in original condition.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
