We ship from Australia.

We ship within Australia and internationally. Shipping availability, rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your delivery address.

Standard shipping: Free
Express shipping: $15

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, unless the item is listed as a pre-order.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Pre-orders

If an item is offered on a pre-order basis, the estimated dispatch timing will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation.

Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates only.

If there is a material delay to your pre-order, we will contact you with an update and the options available to you.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email where available.

International shipping

We ship to international destinations supported at checkout.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. For the most accurate shipping cost, please proceed to checkout and enter your delivery address.

International delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary by destination, customs processing and local delivery conditions.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other local charges applied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Delivery details

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, unclaimed, or refused, please contact us

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check around the delivery location and with anyone at the address, then contact the carrier, and then contact us
 if you still need help.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us
 as soon as possible with your order number and photos if available.
